Terms and Conditions for PK 33 Game

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the PK 33 Game platform — whether through the website at pk33game.win or through the downloadable mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not yet registered an account.

If you are not willing to accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. PK 33 Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for any amendments.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English for Pakistan players. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute in interpretation, the English language version of these terms takes precedence.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a PK 33 Game account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 33 Game is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be registering of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any business or third party.

PK 33 Game reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each individual person may open and maintain only one active account on PK 33 Game. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PK 33 Game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must notify PK 33 Game promptly if any of your registration details change after your account is opened. PK 33 Game is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information held on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact PK 33 Game support immediately. PK 33 Game will not be liable for losses arising from any unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• Account usernames may not impersonate any real person, brand or organisation.
• You must use a valid, actively monitored email address for your account registration.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• PK 33 Game reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your PK 33 Game account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and other approved mobile wallets. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current options are listed on the Deposit page.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your balance within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. You must not use payment accounts belonging to another person to fund your PK 33 Game account.
• Deposits made using payment methods not listed as supported on the platform may not be credited and could be delayed or rejected.
• PK 33 Game does not apply charges on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• PK 33 Game reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in your account being suspended until the matter is resolved.
• Deposited funds are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform only. Funds deposited in error cannot be guaranteed to be recovered and you should always verify the amount before confirming a deposit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used to make your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements. PK 33 Game aims to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably possible, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification checks required.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is specified in your account settings. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification. You may be required to provide documentation before a withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests to payment accounts not matching the name on your PK 33 Game account will not be processed.
• PK 33 Game reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending resolution of any active investigation.
• Funds that were deposited but not used for gaming activity may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.

06 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on PK 33 Game is governed by the betting rules published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. These rules cover Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sports markets available in the Sportsbook.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed and accepted by the platform. You cannot cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been placed.
• It is your responsibility to check all details of your bet — selection, stake amount, odds — before confirming. Mistakes made at the time of placing a bet are not grounds for cancellation.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during a match at PK 33 Game's discretion — for example during a Cricket DRS review or a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) check in Football. Bets placed before a suspension are unaffected.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply. These rules are available in the relevant sport section of the platform.
• PK 33 Game reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure or where the bet was placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown in your bet slip before confirmation.

For Cricket and PSL markets specifically: match results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). In the event of a tie or no result, standard no-result settlement rules apply. Over/under markets are settled on the official figures recorded at the end of the relevant innings or match.

07 Casino & Games

The casino and games section of PK 33 Game includes Live Casino, Slots, Bingo and RNG Table Games. All games are provided by established third-party game content providers and operate according to the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages disclosed within each game. PK 33 Game does not alter the underlying game logic or RTP settings supplied by the content provider.

• Game outcomes for RNG-based titles (Slots, digital table games) are determined by certified random number generators. These outcomes are independent of any previous game results and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream. The outcome of each hand, spin or roll is determined physically and in real time. PK 33 Game is not responsible for dealer errors that originate from the content provider's studio; such disputes must be raised through the platform support team.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will be settled according to the state of play at the point of disconnection as recorded by the game server. PK 33 Game is not responsible for losses caused by your own connection issues.
• Any technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game may result in the affected game round being voided. Stakes placed on voided rounds will be returned to your account balance.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

PK 33 Game may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any form of bonus abuse — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• PK 33 Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bets or bonus play already in progress under the existing terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or free bet credits that are not used before the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to interact with the platform in ways not permitted for regular players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation during any verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion settings or account limits.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

PK 33 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account registration has been detected.
• Fraudulent payment activity or suspected money laundering is identified.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PK 33 Game will communicate with the account holder via the registered email address to explain the reason and any steps required to resolve the matter. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited at PK 33 Game's discretion.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting PK 33 Game support. Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

PK 33 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is reliable and available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

• PK 33 Game is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
• PK 33 Game is not liable for losses arising from your own decision to place bets or participate in casino games. All gaming decisions are made by you voluntarily and at your own risk.
• PK 33 Game is not responsible for the quality, reliability or speed of your internet connection. Connection issues that affect your gaming session are your responsibility.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PK 33 Game's total liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits PK 33 Game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

By registering an account on PK 33 Game you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you must not register an account or continue to use the platform.

• Personal data collected during registration and account use is used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
